If you know me, you know I was never a morning person. However, when I started my full-time job, I realised that I just complicated my routines and overwhelmed myself without even trying. Now, I kick off my mornings with a few minutes of gratitude and a gym or yoga session, setting the tone for a positive and peaceful day ahead.
